Eric Swanger (aka “Deft”) Graphic Design/Production A native of Detroit , Eric earned his BFA at Columbia College Chicago and has lived and worked in the city for 12 years. He is an artist, photographer and antique dealer/vintage clothing exhibitor at BAM, as well as its co-manager. His freelance design moniker is “Deft.” A huge fan of Modernism, he infuses his design work with his passion for 20 th Century Art & Design movements such as early German/Russian avant garde, Dada, Bauhaus and Pop Art, as well as contemporary designers such as Vaughan Oliver (v23).
